UnBarred began its journey in 2014 from the humble shed of founder and Head Brewer Jordan Mower. Driven by a passion for crafting bold and innovative beer, our original flagship IPA earned the prestigious Bev Robbins Award for Best Sussex Beer in its very first year. As demand grew, they transitioned from the shed to gypsy brewing, allowing us to expand production, refine their skills, and collaborate with other exceptional breweries along the way.

BLUNTROCK BREWERY

Bluntrock was founded in Rock, Cornwall, in 2021 by George Collins and Hugo Roads, who shared a newfound obsession with quality-driven, US-style pale ales and IPAs. While these beers were making a splash in the national craft beer scene, access to them was scarce in their corner of North Cornwall.

The idea for Bluntrock sparked during a clifftop barbecue in late 2020, and before long, a small brewery, taproom, and beer garden took shape—crafted from recycled yellow shipping containers. This vibrant and creative space became a hub for their passion for fresh, diverse beer styles. The local community quickly embraced Bluntrock, fueling demand for their pale ales, IPAs, and other modern brews. Their tiny 150L brew kit soon hit full capacity as they worked tirelessly to meet the growing demand from the Taproom. Bluntrock’s story is one of passion, creativity, and dedication to bringing exceptional beer to their coastal community.
