Socks are, perhaps, the one facet of fashion that haven’t progressed in the last twenty years or so but that may well be about to change with the introduction of the rather impressive looking Bombas Socks which are currently creating waves aplenty of crowd-funding website Indiegogo.
Bombas Socks don’t just look mightily impressive, they also have an admirable cause behind their creation – namely, that of for every pair of Bombas Socks sold, another pair will be donated to those in need. With the tagline of being a pair of socks that are designed to look better, feel better and perform better, you’d be well within your rights to have high expectations for Bombas Socks and they definitely don’t look as though they are going to disappoint.
Following in the footsteps (quite literally) of the famous Toms brand of shoes in donating a pair for every pair sold, this excellent endeavour by David Heath and Randy Goldberg has definitely caught the eye of us chaps here at The Coolector as we take particular care in ensuring we wear nothing but the finest in socks (not literally but we all agree that these Bombas Socks look pretty great). Check out why we’ve been so impressed below:
There is obviously much merit in providing socks to the homeless and those in need and if we can get our feet into some awesome socks in the process, then this is definitely something that we here at The Coolector can get on board with. Bombas socks are engineered with athletes in mind but, in actuality, they can just as easily be worn away from the gym and track and they are crafted from Peruvian long staple Pima cotton so you know that comfort isn’t going to be an issue.
We can’t wait to get our hands (and feet) on a pair of these Bombas Socks here at The Coolector and if you’re of a similar mindset, head on over and help fund their project at Indiegogo.
