We first featured the wonderfully stylish and well crafted timepieces of Armogan on the pages of The Coolector a few years back now and, we’re delighted to report, this Belgo-Luxembourg brand have gone from strength to strength in this time and now have one of the finest line up of watches you’ll find on the market for under €300. Boasting a diverse array of timepieces to choose from which includes the recently released E.N.B. and Regalia collections which are devilishly dapper and dripping in vintage style.
Armogan is a brand that was created by two friends, Amaury and Charles-Louis, in 2014 and they expertly combined the best of their two backgrounds – the precision of ‘little Switzerland’ with Belgian design – and it has become Armogan’s objective is to create stylish men’s watches which take their design inspiration from the look and feel of navigational tools of the past, at price-points that are not prohibitive to the adventurous.
Precious Time
Time is a precious commodity and this is an ethos that drives the design of the impeccable collection of watches from the watchmakers at Armogan. When bringing their designs to life, they use their creativity to bring something entirely different to the (watchmaker’s) table. Armogan place every single component and work on every tiny detail with the intention of creating watches that are robust yet lightweight, hard-wearing yet effortlessly elegant, retro in style but totally contemporary in design and for any man seeking a new timepiece in 2019, you’ll find something that more than fits the bill on the digital shelves of Armogan.
Regardless of your own personal sense of style, you’ll find an Armogan watch that matches it. Our particular favourite here at Coolector HQ is their vintage styled Regalia watches which have prices starting at £175 and will add a touch of class to any wrist. If something a touch more adventure included and contemporary is your preferred choice of accessory then the brilliant looking Syracuse watches from Armogan, with their dive watch visuals and performance, will more than fit the bill.
Quality materials are to be found throughout the different collection of watches from Armogan and this includes Japanese Citizen Miyota movement, domed sapphire crystal glass, 316L/Stainless steel casing and water resistances ranging from 5ATM to 10ATM depending on which collection you go for. There really is something for everyone with the different ranges from Armogan and whether you’re wanting something classical in design like their Spirit of St Louis timepieces or more modern like the Syracuse dive watches, you’ll not find many watchmakers offer better value form money than Armogan.
Strapping Performance
It’s not just the first class timepieces from Armogan that are to be appreciated, you can also get your hands on (and wrists in) a great selection watch straps as well. With each strap costing just £29 and available in three different materials – namely, Racing Suede Leather, Suede Leather and Leather – this represents a fantastic opportunity to easily change the aesthetic of your favourite Armogan timepiece.
We’re big fans of aviation style watches here at The Coolector and for those seeking timepieces of this nature for under £300, there aren’t any doing it better than Armogan. Made from first class components and with a clear attention to detail and dedication to providing excellence, it is easy to see why Armogan are really making a name for themselves in watchmaking circles and we can’t wait to see what new watches they add to their line up in the remainder of 2019.
