El Purista Smoking Chair

Whilst we’re not smokers here at Coolector HQ, we are more than a little partial to fantastic pieces of furniture design so our lack of love for lighting up hasn’t precluded us from being mightily impressed with a cracking piece of design that goes by the name of the El Purista Smoking Chair which, as you may have gathered from the name, is designed with the distinguished smoker in mind but, truth be told, it looks as though it would be just as accomplished at holding a craft beer or two.

The El Purista Smoking Chair is the work of German design studio and it is luxurious in the extreme and looks to provide the ultimate level of comfort for those suave types that like to light up a cigar in the evening with a drop of scotch. Whilst our level of refinement would likely see us use it for holding craft ales and a Playstation controller, we’re sure that there are many more sophisticated Don Draper types out there who would use it for its original purpose.

Fantastic design, coupled with excellent materials, such as environmentally friendly manufactured aniline leather, sustainable beech wood from German forests and a solid steel frame, this is one piece of furniture that provides both considerable form and function. Check out a few more shots below:
