There is something deeply alluring about space travel to us here at Coolector HQ so we always keep our eyes open for great pieces of artwork pertaining to the stars and planets. Well, we’ve found something right up our street with one of our favourite design workshops, namely Family Tree Design, and their brilliant line up of NASA Mission Art which celebrates all the accomplishments of the space agency over the last sixty years.
Carrying on Family Tree’s modern vintage art style, this collection of NASA Mission Artwork will bring any creative’s workspace to life and if you’ve got a thing for astronomy and deep space, they’ll certainly be appealing as much to you as they do to us at The Coolector. Family Tree artwork has an aesthetic all of its own which does a great job of commingling old with new and they take their design inspiration from the motifs, and style of mid-century illustration, commercial art and graphic design.
The Sky’s The Limit
The excellent looking prints from Family Tree turned our heads years ago when we encountered their awesome selection of Wes Anderson inspired prints and this new range of NASA Mission Art has left us equally as enamoured. Celebrating a number of NASA missions such as Endeavour and Opportunity, these striking prints have the sort of vintage design aesthetic that we love and if you’re looking for some artwork to serve as creative inspiration above your workspace then look no further.
Despite the fairly minimalist nature of these Family Tree NASA Mission Prints and Stickers, there is a clear love of the subject matter and a real attention to detail from Alex Pearson, the man behind Family Tree Design. This cracking line up of space inspired artwork has certainly got the capacity to bring a wall to life and we’d definitely want to get each one in the collection in our workspace here at Coolector HQ.
With prices for these prints starting at a mighty reasonable $40 (and a bundle buy available), it’s not going to cost the earth to decorate your walls with some NASA inspired awesomeness. These top notch prints from Family Tree measure 18″ x 24″ and they are gallery quality Giclée prints that have a tangible sense of quality to the touch and positively pop with colour courtesy of the exemplary printing techniques used in their creation.
Old School Cool
There is an appealing 1950s / 60s vibe to the visuals with these great looking NASA prints from Family Tree and if you like to decorate your interiors with engaging artwork you’ll not go too far wrong here. There are a good number of prints and stickers to choose from in this NASA collection and you’re sure to find one that suits your interior design taste persuasions.
Priced at just $40, these cracking prints are a great way of adding a touch of astronomical flair to your walls this summer and the quality of the printing and colours is second to none. Another superb collection of artwork from Family Tree Design, we can’t wait to see what else this talented studio comes up with in 2019 and beyond. Fingers crossed from some Wes Anderson Isle of Dogs artwork.
