British watchmakers, Farer, have certainly carved out an impressive reputation over the last few years and if you find yourself in the market for an adventure ready timepiece that will turn heads, you’ll not go to far wrong with the superb looking Leven Ocean Titanium Series Watch. This eye-catching timepiece from Farer boasts a striking ocean blue sunray dial and natural rubber strap. The Black Strap ships 7th April / with the Orange Strap ships following on the 4th May.
Available for pre-ordering now for a wallet friendly price tag of £995, the Farer Leven Ocean Titanium Series Watch has been created to celebrate the watchmaker’s continuing partnership with HWDT and it is based on their original best selling Leven Aqua Compressor platform. The name reflects the stunning ocean blue that floods the floating dial, framed by a halo of inset burnished steel. A fine sunray effect has been applied across the dial to allow the full spectrum of ocean blues to be revealed when caught in and out of the light. This is one watch that looks great wherever you take it.
DEEP BLUE SEA
One of the first things you’ll notice with this majestic looking timepiece from Farer is the oversized dive hands that expertly contrast the dial – burnished steel for hours and burnt orange for minutes – both infilled in natural finish Super-LumiNova to give maximum clarity in low light conditions. The outer unidirectional bezel set via the screw-down second crown is finished in silk ocean blue with overprinted white numerals and a 20-minute scale for decompression timings highlighted in a blaze of burnt orange. You’ll not see many dials more impactful than the Leven.
The Leven Ocean Titanium Series Watch from Farer (£995) comes with the brand’s all-new quick release rubber strap and quick release matching titanium bracelet available as an add-on should you want the opportunity to switch up the aesthetics on this watch. The lightweight titanium compressor case weighs a mere 92g and measures 45mm lug-to-lug, which creates a piece that’s as good looking and comfortable to wear in or out of the deep blue sea.
This super cool, Titanium Series from Farer is lighter and tougher than its stainless steel counterparts, and along with its incredibly corrosive-resistant properties that make the perfect material for a dive watch. Compressor watches have always had a more contemporary and sleek aesthetic than the conventional divers, with the bezel held within, it allows for the lines of the case to merge with the crystal to create a bold, impactful silhouette. Whether you’re looking for a dive buddy or a go-everywhere timepiece, the specification and hypoallergenic finish of the Titanium Series Aqua Compressor from Farer delivers a highly wearable and robust tool watch.
