Must people favour the combination of coffee and cigarettes but, here at The Coolector, we’re more partial to coffee and beer. When we’re not quaffing beer, chances are we’ll be supping on a coffee and, when doing so, we like to do it in style. Whilst we’re not quite at the level of the superbly attired Italian gent at a coffee house, we like to make sure our coffee holding vessels look the part and, I think it’s fair to say, we’ve not seen a coffee cup quite as awesome as this Guy Vernes Flightgeist which is actually impressive for a multitude of reasons, beyond its considerable visual appeal.
The Flightgeist is an espresso coffee cup from Dutch fashion and accessories purveyors, Guy Vernes, and it is actually one of the most eye-catching and impressive examples of 3D printing technology that we here at The Coolector have seen to date. The piece has been designed by Andries Van Overbeeke and is certainly a spiffing entry into the arena of espresso coffee cups, of which there are many impressive iterations. It boasts a 60ml capacity and an unusual and exquisite addition of a small, mahogany cloud at the base of the cup. You’ll definitely raise a few impressed eyebrows from the baristas if you whip one of these bad boys out in your local coffee house. Check it out in all it’s glory below:
