HRDL is the brainchild of Stian Herdal and began life in a small one car garage in Kristiansand, Norway back in 2015. It started as a weekend project, and has grown into a small business courtesy of the fantastic pieces of furniture he has produced over the last few years. The collection is steadily growing, and the HRDL Desk is certainly one of our favourite pieces from talented furniture designer so far. If you’re after a dapper looking workspace that exudes class, then this is surely the one for you.
Delicious Desk Design
Sleek and sophisticated is the call of the day with the HRDL Desk and for those who demand an understated and minimalist visual vibe with their workspace, you’ll be in your element with this one. It boasts a contemporary design that will resonate with those working in creative fields and the HRDL Desk has a whole tambour door front which opens up and reveals two full sized drawers for documents, laptops and all your other workspace essentials.
The HRDL Desk is an eye-catching creation which really showcases Herdal’s considerable furniture design talents. This fantastically stylish and versatile piece of designer furniture boasts plenty of storage space in the back to keep all the unsightly wires and cables that typically beset a workspace out of sight and out of mind. This is important because you don’t want to ruin the aesthetic impact of such a striking desk with a bunch of cables running all over it.
Only the best materials have been used in the crafting of the HRDL Desk and you’ll discover it has been made from Valchromat and oak before being oiled and waxed to a delicate and durable satin finish. The visual impact of this first class desk really is second to none and if you’re looking for something that will considerably elevate the aesthetic appeal of your home office space, you’ll not go too far wrong here.
