There are so many phenomenal pieces of architectural design to swoon over that we couldn’t possibly list them all here at Coolector HQ but some are notably more impressive than others due to the innovation of their design and one such example of this the extraordinary looking Dune House from Marc Koehler.
The Dune House can be found on the Dutch island of Terschelling and has some of the most striking design features that we’ve come across of late and we’re massive fans of the stunning interior design that has been deployed throughout.
The design inspiration for the house is derived from the experience of walking through the sand dunes that surround the property and there is much more than meets the eye within as it boasts some mighty clever use of underground space. Check out a few more shots below:
We’ll never tire of poring over glorious pieces of architectural design here at Coolector HQ and the Dune House by Marc Koehler ticks all of our aesthetic boxes for sure. Highly innovative in its use of space and construction, the Dune House is almost completely crafted out of innovative ecological materials and eco-friendly installations which makes it extremely energy efficient. Another first class addition to our list of architectural discoveries and one that we’re thoroughly impressed with at The Coolector.
