Whilst it might seem like somewhat of an unusual stop for a purveyor commonly associated with audio devices to take a stab at creating a mobile phone, this clearly doesn’t take into account the excellence of some brands, and if the fantastic looking Marshall London Phone is anything to go by then it might just be the start.

Marshall are an audio device specialist so it stands to reason that their first foray into the world of mobile phones has been built from the ground up with music lovers as its target audience. The Marshall London Phone is due for release imminently and boasts some mightily impressive specifications which should see it hold its own with other smartphones out there on the market.

This wonderfully aesthetically pleasing phone has the following features under the hood – a 4.7-inch (720p/IPS) device, which operates on a Snapdragon 410 chip (1.4GHz, quad-core), with 16gb internal storage, with both 8mp and 2mp cameras and, last but not least, a Wolfson DSP.

Whilst these probably won’t have Apple quaking in their boots from a tech point of view, it’s important to remember that the Marshall London Phone is all about the music and this is the area in which it truly excels. Take a look at a few more shots below:
