Misc Goods Co ETC Playing Cards

As you’re likely aware, we’re pretty big fans of unique decks of cards here at The Coolector and the guys at Misc Goods Co have just released an awesome looking new deck that is taking Kickstarter by storm as we speak. Released as a celebration of their 10th year, this new colourised deck will definitely appeal to those with a love of poker nights and excellent illustration. Kickstarter is where it all began for Misc Goods Co and it’s great to see them come full circle a decade later as a fully fledged successful company. Not to mention another top notch deck of cards.

The ETC Playing Cards from Misc Goods Co on Kickstarter is available for $19 and will become the first deck you reach for on game night and they are so well designed that you’ll probably want to keep them on display permanently. Using the original deck as inspiration, the man behind Misc Goods Co, Tyler Deeb, decided to colourise this deck and being colour-blind, this presented challenges in itself. With the help of some designer friends, the new ETC Playing Cards are now fully-colourised and, quite frankly, look amazing.

Each illustration in the ETC Deck from Misc Goods Co has up to six unique colour spots to create a fully-coloured card quite unlike any other. This will become a permanent addition to Misc Goods Co’s Playing Card Collection, and they are also creating a limited edition version you can only get during this Kickstarter Campaign. The Limited Edition Etc. Deck comes with a special tuck case and card backs featuring a decade-inspired design.

Both decks of cards are printed on premium grade card stock coated with an embossed linen finish at United States Playing Card Company in Erlanger, KY. Misc Goods Co are also creating some other exclusive Misc. Goods Co. keepsakes to celebrate this momentous anniversary – The Memento Collection, available only through this Kickstarter.
