The NASA MARS 2020 MISSION aims to explore Mars for all humanity on earth, and the Perseverance Rover will be touching down in Jezero crater on Mars, with its missions to look for signs of life, characterising the Red Planet’s climate, collecting geology data and cache samples. It is this awe-inspiring mission which serves as the design inspiration for this superb looking timepiece from Anicorn Watches.
Historic Occasion
To celebrate the historical mission and endorse the coming Perseverance Rover, ANICORN Watches have joined forces with NASA and delivered the limited edition MARS MISSION Collection. The Collection is a tribute to the effort made for Mars Explorations and to acknowledge the significance of EARTH–MARS relationships.
The Mars Time Watch from Anicorn ($895) is inspired by Perseverance Rover’s landing site Jezero Crater, Mars. This dual-branded limited edition timepiece is constructed by multiple geometric and arched discs to align with the rover and give an astrological touch to proceedings that we’re big fans of here at Coolector HQ.
The dial has the coordinates of Jezero Crater and “Two Worlds, One Sun” engraved on it for an added touch of class. The Mars Time package includes the mechanical timepiece, a numbered metal plate, a stainless steel bracelet and a silver textile reflective strap with awesome looking NASA logo embroidery which provides a real sense of authenticity and astronomical style to this limited edition timepiece.

They are chock full of fine features which includes a Miyota 9015 automatic movement which delivers a vibration frequency of 28800 per hour.
