Say hello to SALT SURF, a supremely cool lifestyle brand operating out of Culver City in California and who boast some of the coolest looking skateboards, surfboards and apparel you’re likely to encounter.

The brainchild of Nabil Samadani, SALT SURF are relative newcomers to the market in a bricks and mortar sense. Though the brand originated back in New York back in 2011, it wasn’t until 2017 when they opened their first conventional store in Culver City in California and the rest, as they say, is history. They offer everything that today’s skateboarding and surfing fraternity will appreciate and the quality of their boards – both skate and surf – are second to none and we’re loving their aesthetic here at The Coolector.

With an overriding objective to create wares that people can truly connect with and see themselves in, SALT SURF put a lot of time and effort into the design and craftsmanship of their skateboards, surfboards and apparel. They’ve already begun to carve a niche in the market for themselves which is inclusive, open-minded and straightforward in execution and it’s hard not to be won over by the extremely striking yet understated aesthetic of their goods.

Each of their surfboards, supremely cool skateboards and their apparel is crafted in Southern California in San Diego and this delivers a tangible sense of quality you don’t often see. The standout product for us at The Coolector is their brilliantly crafted and top performing walnut cruiser skateboards which are perfectly suited for super cool urban excursions. These are made from a real walnut veneer (both on the top and bottom) which sandwiches layers of maple in between for a stunning visual impact. Each board measures 22″ in length and boasts a slight kick in the tail for added control when performing turns.
