Unusual photography projects are something that we’ve got a lot of time for here at Coolector HQ and they don’t come much weirder (or more awesome) than a highly engaging series of imagery from French photographer, Benoit Jammes, called Skitchen which imagines the secret sporting lives of fruits and vegetables and, as it transpires, they love nothing more than a bit of skateboarding.
Jammes is a Paris based photographer and artist and Skitchen is his latest project which has caught our attention due to the humorous subject matter and excellent execution of the imagery. As is apparent, Skitchen is an amalgamation of ‘skate’ and ‘kitchen’ and the likes of bananas, potatoes, eggs and kiwis admirably show off their shredding capabilities in this cracking collection of photography from Jammes. Check out some of the best below:
If you’re an appreciator of clever, eye-catching photography then the work of Benoit Jammes is unquestionably worth a look in and we’re loving the playful nature of his mightily impressive Skitchen series of images. Cleverly manipulated and shot, these great images are available as numbered prints if you’ve fallen for them as hard as we have.
