We’re all about innovative designers here at Coolector HQ and even if the design in question is currently in the concept phase, if it’s awesome enough, we’ll definitely report upon it and the, frankly breathtaking, SnowPed is certainly something which falls into this bracket.
The SnowPed is the brainchild of industrial designer, Joey Ruiter, and it is an extraordinary piece of design which is going to appeal to adrenaline enthusiasts on a whole new level. This cracking concept is essentially a reinvention of the snowmobile and looks decidedly stealthy and boasts an unparalleled level of coolness that will set it apart on the slopes.
With a lightweight chassis and cafe bike race posture, the SnowPed will be fairly easy to pick up for those accomplished on two-wheels and we’re pretty in awe of the innovative design process that has gone into its creation. Take a look at a video and a few more shots of this cracking construct below:

Whilst the SnowPed doesn’t currently appear to be commercially available, the video showcases a working prototype and given just how awesome it looks, we dare say we won’t have to wait too long to see this fantastically stealthy looking contraptions traversing across the snowscapes the world over.
