Typically speaking, sumo wrestlers are more, shall we say, big boned, so it is perhaps surprising to find something some minimalist in design named after these larger than life sportsmen but that’s what we’ve got on our hands with the Sumo Sidetable from Thailand based design studio KILTT Design.
If, like us, you’ve got a bit of a soft spot for interior design and like your furniture choices to boast both form and function then there will be plenty that appeals to you with the Sumo Sidetable. This eye-catching yet undeniably understated offering which is crafted from a combination of solid ash and solid oak for a most visually impressive finished product that we’d definitely be able to make use of here at Coolector HQ.
Offering many different compartments and storage solutions the Sumo Sidetable will add a great level of versatility beside any sofa, bed or desk and it is wonderfully well crafted and aesthetically pleasing to boot. This stunning construct isn’t available to purchase just yet but it’s looking as though it will be before long so if you like what you see below then, fear not, you should be able to purchase a little down the line in 2015.
Stunningly well design and boasting more versatility than you can shake a stick at, the Sumo Sidetable will undoubtedly appeal to those looking to ramp up the minimalist appeal of their home or office and we’re certainly fans of the superb way in which it has been designed. A cracking piece of designer furniture and one that has well and truly caught our eye here at Coolector HQ.
