Check out some of our favourite pieces from the Tracksmith No Days Off Collection below:
Tracksmith NDO Jacket – £237
A winter running jacket which boasts a four-way stretch outer shell, bonded to a layer of merino wool for extra insulation and a reflective sash, it’s hard not to be won over by the technical merits and performance potential of the Tracksmith NDO Jacket (£237). To make sure this first class piece of sportswear was warm-enough for a snow day and had sufficient mobility for a long run, Tracksmith decided to go with a technical four-way stretch softshell that is both extremely water-repellent and breathable. They bonded it to a 100% Merino wool liner for extra warming and comfort. Panels of nylon-elastane in the underarms and side gussets ensure a full range of motion and also allow some heat to escape where we tend to heat up. (£237)
Tracksmith Emil Shawl – £117
Perfect for winter runs, the Tracksmith Emil Shawl (£117) takes its design inspiration from the idiosyncratic style one of running’s greats. The excellent Emil Shawl delivers a functional flair for the unexpected to a Merino wool blend that stays warm and light even in tough conditions. The button up the shawl collar is ideally suited to the first few frosty miles and then you can undo it when things heat up as the cold ebbs away during your run. The shawl collar lends the silhouette of this top layer a pleasingly timeless aesthetic that ensures it is ready to wear for a warm up, long run, or post-race meal. Merino wool fibres from New Zealand deliver all the tech necessary, with breathable warmth that wicks away sweat, combats wind, and protects against odour. (£117)
Tracksmith No Days Off T-Shirt – £43
Great for heading on a run or to your local taproom, the Tracksmith No Days Off T-Shirt (£43) is made in Massachusetts from Tracksmith’s Varsity Cotton so that this tee wears in, not out. Nicknamed “Grayboy”, which was a moniker given the standard-issue tee-shirts handed out to the Georgetown track team. The shirt was a badge of honour and, in order to receive one, you either had to make the team, or become very close friends with someone who had. A great addition to any runner’s line up of sportswear. (£43)
Tracksmith NDO Pants – £117
Ideally suited to weathering the storm, the Tracksmith NDO Pants (£117) will be the first thing that you reach for when you head out the door on a run this winter. When it comes to cold-weather running pants, it often feels like we have to compromise. You normally get warmth or weight. Rarely both. The result is we spend winter somewhere between freezing and trudging. Tracksmith came up with a solution for this and that was to combine a full-stretch polyester blend with the natural properties of Merino wool to amplify insulation, dry time and odour-resistance, without weighing you down – say hello to the Tracksmith NDO Pants.
