Here at Coolector HQ, we’re always on the lookout for new and great looking men’s grooming brands that we haven’t encountered before and have hitherto flown under our radar. Well, sir, we’ve found exactly that in the form of the superbly named, Uppercut Deluxe, who herald from Australia and, as you can plainly see from the images above, they offer a mightily spiffing array of men’s grooming goods including shampoos, hair pomades, soaps and a whole heap more.
The great array of goods from this exemplary Australian brand take their inspiration from the wonderful and timeless era of 1950’s barbershops and boast another brilliantly monikered founder (albeit a spiritual one) in Willy “Uppercut” O’Shea. The actual chaps behind this Aussie brand go by the name of Luke Newman and Steve Purcell who discovered their love of the barbering profession during a trip to Portland, Oregon. Check out the video below to get a pretty good feel for the laid back, effortless cool style of the Uppercut Deluxe brand:

We here at The Coolector endeavour to be dapper but it is a goal in which we invariably fail so we’re in no doubt that with the help of some awesome products available from Uppercut Deluxe we’ll accomplish this sooner rather than later. Superb shampoos, shaving products and styling accessories epitomise the brand and we here at The Coolector have definitely been impressed by their vintage style goods and just how well put together they are, using the best ingredients.
For any chap looking for a new men’s grooming brand that has its roots firmly in the heritage filled 50’s, then Uppercut Deluxe will definitely tick all of your style boxes by all accounts. Effortless cool and exceptional goods. Definitely gets two thumbs from The Coolector.
