Vans Space Voyager Collection

The guys at Vans regularly release awesome collaboration projects but their most recent offering is certainly our favourite to date here at Coolector HQ. The Vans Space Voyager Collection is a series of footwear and apparel from the behemoth brand that is NASA inspired and boasts exactly the sort of old-school cool vibe that we’re such big fans of. A commemoration of NASA’s achievements, this new collection from Vans pays tribute to 60 years of space exploration and the designs of the footwear and apparel are inspired by features and textures of original space gear.

The Vans Space Voyager Collection consists of a number of different footwear and apparel offerings, each with their own distinctive visual vibe and aesthetic. VANS X SPACE VOYAGER TORREY PADDED MTE JACKET – £120

Looking for a jacket that celebrates your love of NASA and space exploration? You can call off the search because you’ve just found it. The Vans x Space Voyager Torrey Padded MTE is a button-down coaches jacket with 6 oz. DuPont™ Sorona® sustainable fill for additional warmth and a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating which will help ensure you stay dry this winter. It boasts a hidden zipper at the centre front, NASA artwork on the front and rear and the Vans woven label at the lower hem. (£120)

Super cool aesthetically, this fantastic footwear boasts textures taken from the original moon boots and finished off with cosmic details, the Space Voyager Sk8-Hi 46 MTE DX (£110) reinvigorates the iconic Vans high top with embroidered patches, heel screenprints, and additions designed for the elements. With high end, weather-resistant leather uppers, warm linings, and a heat retention layer between sock-liner and outsole that will keep feet warm and dry while the newly-constructed vulcanized lug outsole takes advantage of 20 years of snow boot history for maximum traction. We don’t know about you but hoodies are a mainstay of our winter wardrobe here at Coolector HQ and this is especially true when they’re as ace looking as this Vans x Space Voyager Hoodie (£75). Crafted from 100% cotton, it is a long sleeve pullover and it features NASA printed artwork on the front, down the left sleeve, on the hood and across the back for a space themed overload.
