The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

We’re still awaiting some truly compelling reasons to invest in a next generation console – be it an XBOX One or a Playstation 4 – as whilst there’s no doubting some of the launch titles look great, there’s nothing truly extraordinary on these next generation iterations just yet. It appears what we’re waiting for may be The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt if the jaw-dropping trailer for this open world adventure is anything to go by.

Described as a non-linear story that allows the player to make their own decisions which will have a knock-on effect on how they proceed through the game, this is a game that looks right up The Coolector’s street. Giving a glimpse of the in-game gameplay graphics has left our collective jaws well and truly on the floor and we’re biding our time until more games of this calibre hit the stores to make our move on a next generation console.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is the work of Polish developers, CD Projekt RED, and will be distributed by Warner Brothers, it is a game that has already generated considerable interested and will hopefully have our XBOX One or Playstation 4 firmly in place by the time it is released in 2014.
