YEMA LED Kavinsky Limited Edition Watch

French watchmakers, YEMA, are always one of the first brands we look out for when it comes to new releases and their latest offering, the fantastic looking Limited Edition Kavinsky Watch, which will be funding on Kickstarter from the 18th March, is undoubtedly one of their coolest looking and retro-tastic to date. This retro-futuristic offering has been designed in collaboration with Kavinsky and it has such a cool vintage vibe that we’re really loving here at Coolector HQ.

The YEMA LED Kavinsky Limited Edition Watch will be ideally suited to those men who want to add a touch of old school cool to their wrists in 2022 and the fact it can be yours for just €195 during the campaign is the real icing on the cake. There is a pleasing sci-fi-esque vibe to this timepiece that is sure to appeal to plenty of men out there. In the 1970’s YEMA launched its first LED display watch, which became an icon in France. over half a century later, the YEMA LED has been reinvented by KAVINSKY and it perfectly captures the 1970’s steampunk aesthetic, bringing this emblematic model back to the future.

OLD SCHOOL COOL AESTHETICS

This exclusive timepiece from KAVINSKY and YEMA is a unique limited edition timepiece which is available in two case colours (SILVER and BLACK) and, given its eye-catching visuals, it is inevitable that it will turn heads everywhere you go. The LED display is the main proponent of its retro vibe and allows you to read time in style. This super cool watch remains in standby mode and only lights up when you push the side button. This push-button operation that activates the LED display is part of the pleasure in owning and using one, adding another layer of charm to the limited edition watch.

The YEMA LED KAVINSKY Limited Edition Watch (from €195) on Kickstarter from 18th March is crafted from 316L stainless steel, with the octogonal case complex geometry being used to KAVINSKY’s advantage by executing every single angle with an alternating set of sophisticated brushed-polished finishes. The integrated 316L stainless steel bracelet is decorated with an elegant and eye-catching brushed finish and comes with an adjustable KAVINSKY clasp to fit all wrist sizes.

The screw-down case back of this brilliant limited edition watch is made of 316L stainless steel and proudly displays KAVINSKY and YEMA logos as well as the Limited Edition number. KAVINSKY’s ‘Testarossa Autodrive’ was an instant success and two additional singles followed right after. In 2007, he was chosen by Daft Punk to open their now legendary ‘Alive’ tour and he’s really put a classy visual spin on this limited edition timepiece for YEMA. Like what you see?
